Bill Pappas: New Business Development Director!

Solaris is proud to announce the newest addition to our team, Bill Pappas, as the Business Development Director! Bill Pappas brings his vast experience in business and finance, having successfully led finance and operations initiatives in several well-known firms prior to joining Solaris His deep understanding of the market landscape and his innovative approach to identifying new opportunities make him a valuable asset to our organization.

Bill says, "I am thrilled to be joining the talented Solaris team. Transitioning from a career in finance and accounting to lead the charge in business development at Solaris. is an exciting pivot. I'm eager to leverage my financial acumen to forge strategic partnerships, cultivate growth opportunities, and drive our organization toward even greater success. Through our dedication to serving our clients and consultants, we'll continue to advance towards our goal of reshaping the world of accounting advisory.”

In his new role, Bill is looking forward to “working with the talented Solaris and Roessel Joy teams daily to continue to build a culture of togetherness and success.” He hopes to “Cultivate strong and lasting relationships that allow us to build Solaris as the go-to advisory firm in Boston and beyond.”

Bill’s favorite piece of career advice is “Never allow yourself to be in a comfort zone. Continuously take on responsibility’s that scare you and get 1% better every day.” The values that drive and motivate him in his career include getting “The chance to influence the lives of others in a positive way and the commitment to learning and growing.”
