Management consulting company embarked on a global transformation initiative, implementing both a new ERP system (SAP) and a Source-to-Pay platform (Coupa). Due to the scale of the project, the local U.S. finance team, which operated in the firm’s largest market, required additional support in project management, stakeholder coordination, and change management. The dual implementation placed significant strain on the local finance team, as they were responsible for both ensuring the success of the new systems and maintaining day-to-day financial operations.
